Ingredients

For cakes

  • 500 g of shortbread cookies (“Melted milk” is perfect);
  • 7 tablespoons of cocoa;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 250 g of condensed milk;

For the cream:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar or powdered sugar.

Instructions

  1. Use a blender to grind the cookies into crumbs.
  2. Add 5 tablespoons of cocoa to the crushed cookies.
  3. Melt the butter and add to the liver, then mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the condensed milk in parts, stirring the mass until a homogeneous consistency.
  5. Make oval “potatoes” out of the mass.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining cocoa and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  7. For the cream, mix the softened butter with powdered sugar.
  8. Put the cream in a pastry bag and decorate the cakes.
