Ingredients#
- potatoes 4 pcs.
- leek 100 g
- cream 20% 200 ml
- butter 30 g
- black pepper-peas
- salmon or trout fillet shek
- salt
Instructions#
- Wash the fish, peel off the bones and cut off the peel.
- Cut the fish into large cubes.
- Wash, peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes.
- Fill the potatoes with about a liter of water, salt and put on fire.
- We divide the leeks into leaves and wash them thoroughly, because there may be sand inside and cut them coarsely.
- Add the leek to the pot with the potatoes.
- When the potatoes are ready for about 5 minutes, add the fish to the pan.
- After a few minutes, add black pepper-peas (to taste)
- Add butter to the soup.
- Pour the cream, mix well. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from the heat.
