Ingredients

  • potatoes 4 pcs.
  • leek 100 g
  • cream 20% 200 ml
  • butter 30 g
  • black pepper-peas
  • salmon or trout fillet shek
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish, peel off the bones and cut off the peel.
  2. Cut the fish into large cubes.
  3. Wash, peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes.
  4. Fill the potatoes with about a liter of water, salt and put on fire.
  5. We divide the leeks into leaves and wash them thoroughly, because there may be sand inside and cut them coarsely.
  6. Add the leek to the pot with the potatoes.
  7. When the potatoes are ready for about 5 minutes, add the fish to the pan.
  8. After a few minutes, add black pepper-peas (to taste)
  9. Add butter to the soup.
  10. Pour the cream, mix well. Bring the soup to a boil and remove from the heat.
