- bitter chocolate 180g
- butter 110g

Instructions#
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath. We set aside the melted chocolate so that it cools down.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs (about 5 minutes) until the mass becomes lush.
- Add the melted chocolate to the beaten eggs and mix.
- In a separate container, mix flour and cocoa powder, sift into the chocolate mass and mix.
- Put the parchment in the baking dish and lubricate it with sunflower oil.
- Pour the dough into the mold and level it a little.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° C.
